Le second colloque « 13 Novembre : Comprendre Pourquoi – Agir Comment ? » organisé par l’association s’est tenu le 2 décembre 2017 à Paris. Il traitait du thème « Prévenir et combattre le terrorisme : Comment construire de la Sécurité ? » et était organisé avec l’appui de l’Institut Action Résilience. Plus de 100 participants (adhérents, journalistes, chercheurs, spécialistes ou citoyens concernés) ont écouté les interventions de très haute de tenue des différents panels.
