Gazeta Wyborcza: The Attack in Nice. Terrorists are able to carry out an attack using what they have at hand – Interview with Yan St-Pierre

Monika Rębała from the Polish daily newspaper Gazeta Wyborcza interviewed Yan St-Pierre on the attack in Nice, France.

Terrorists today are able to carry out an attack using what they have at hand, it can be both a car and a kitchen knife. And because each of us has access to this kind of “weapon”, it is practically impossible to eliminate risk and prevent attacks such as in Nice. (…) Western societies must think long term: They have to find solutions not only in terms of better integration of Muslims and immigrants, but also for the fight against religious radicalism, left-wing and right-wing.
