Joanna Bostock from Austrian radio station ORF asked Yan St-Pierre for the programme FM4, “How feasible is the claim that IS caused Russian plane crash?”
Islamic State has claimed the attack twice now. Once when it happened and yesterday again in an audio message, saying it was purposely done against the Russian government and that Russia will now feel the rage of IS. So it is feasible, obviously the security environment in certain areas like Sharm el-Sheikh allow for something like that to happen, and it is very probable, especially considering that IS has been very active in the Sinai region over the last few months.
