“It is possible that it is yet a lone wolf, acting in ISIS’ name,” said St-Pierre, using an acronym for the Islamic State group. “And that makes it all the more difficult to track down people like that because they are loners. They are people that can actually hide what they think really well.”

THE LONEWOLF IS NOT CREATURE COMING FROM other planet.Its the resources,know how of law enforcement and social responsibility to trace these at early stage.The countries which have not strong deciplinised eyes on the volunerable society members, certainly will face risk nut those countries which have learned lessons, they catch every month few lone wolves.And always the terror group get publicity through them with spiritual evil satisfaction.
