Zenith: “Boko Haram takes everyone”

The German Middle-East magazine Zenith has published an article by Yan St-Pierre on Boko Haram’s development, their current “hiring tactics” and the consequences – for security agencies, but also for themselves.

The more violent the attacks [of Boko Haram], the more isolated the group became. The reason for this was until recently their structure: Since the death of Mohamed Yusuf, Boko Haram has been a directionless organization.
