BBC: Interview with Yan St-Pierre on Chad’s burka decision

The BBC World Service featured Yan St-Pierre in their Newsday program, discussing the Burka decision by Chadian authorites and asking how easy it’s going to be to enforce it:

They have to get tougher (…) Boko Haram is now a supra-regional problem (…). The steps that Chad is taking are maybe not necessary, but probably an example for other states to follow in the Lake Chad region.
