MOSECON MD Africa attending 4th SITEI Conference in Abuja

MOSECON MD Africa, Uzoma I. Kingsley, attended the 4th Sustainability in the Extractive Industries Conference (SITEI) in Abuja, Nigeria on November 19th, along with the Vice President of the Federation and state governors. The 4th SITEI conference was themed “Unlocking the Hidden Possibilities in the Nigerian Extractive Industries” and brought together 350 delegates from Africa and the EU representing the energy spectrum, especially from the solid mineral and renewable energy sector, and venture capitalists.

The key players converged this year to discuss sustainable proactivity to the victories and challenges encountered on the path towards qualitative and inclusive participation of local content in the core work of the oil and gas and mining sectors; whilst ensuring that these new entrants are made aware of environmental and sustainability practices and beginning the discussion on renewable energy which was chaired by the German Consular General.
